Google Tools
Google Ads is where the world goes to find things. Billions of searches, every single day. Don’t just be another search result—be the answer people are looking for. We'll help you choose the right keywords, manage your budget and create highly persuasive copy. Get more visits to your site, more leads, more sales—get noticed.
More impressions and clicks are great. Unless you’re not getting sales. It's easy to be distracted by the metrics and forget the bigger picture. They’re indicators, not ingredients, of success.

We understand your challenges, customers, competitors, and most importantly, your goals. So we know what it takes to win. We focus on results and real ROI, not vanity metrics.

And we don’t stop. Your campaigns are constantly tested and refined to keep you ahead of the game. Our Create Business methodology—a mindset of sustainable growth—keeps us accountable and driven to be better everyday.

Finding your perfect customers when they’re ready to buy is critical. We dig deep into their customer journey to build a winning strategy—the right message, right people, right time.

  • What are Google Ads?

Google Ads is an online advertising platform whereby businesses can pay for ads per click. Previously called Google AdWords, it allows businesses to promote goods and services on Google search results pages, Google Images, Google Shopping, YouTube and other channels on the Google Display network.
  • How do Google Ads work?

Google Ads is built on targeting relevant keywords to your business and products. You only pay when someone clicks on your ad, making Google Ads a pay-per-click (PPC) model. It uses a real-time auction method, with automated bidding beginning when a user searches for a keyword. Your ad will show up first if your bid is the highest. But you shouldn’t only aim to be first. It’s important to strike a strategic balance between cost per click, daily budget, and impression share. Not sure where to begin? Chat with the specialists at our Google Ads agency in Newcastle to get started.
  • How much do Google Ads cost?

You will only pay for a Google ad if a user clicks on it. The average cost per click for Google Ads is US$1-$2, depending on the channel used, your industry and a range of other factors. The overall cost of your Google Ads campaign will depend on its scale and duration, as well as the management services you use.
  • What is CRO in Google Ads?

CRO stands for Conversion Rate Optimisation. It is the process of increasing the percentage of users who perform a desired action on a website after seeing your Google Ads. This action could be making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, filling out a contact form or any other step you want your target audience to take. To improve your conversion rate, we’ll analyse campaign and website data, incorporate user feedback, and test ad variations.
  • Why are landing pages important for CRO?

Landing pages are crucial when it comes to optimising your Google Ads conversion rate. Landing pages that are highly relevant to the ad copy, visually appealing and easy to navigate facilitate a smooth transition from ad to action completion. At Dave, we’ll help to ensure your landing page is user-friendly, fast-loading and relevant to ad content so that users are encouraged to complete the desired action.
  • How do I track and analyse the ROI of CRO efforts?

To track and analyse ROI, our Google Ads managers in Newcastle will measure key performance indicators like conversion rate, cost per conversion, and overall campaign costs against whatever revenue is generated. Tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting features are essential for this analysis.

Customer experience (CX) is how consumers perceive the interactions they have with a brand at multiple touchpoints throughout their customer journey. This can be a query on social media, a conversation with a chatbot or simply navigating on a website from one page to another. Each interaction matters and will have an impact on how future and current customers view a brand.
